描述: [1300.0] Sounded the general alarm for fire in pump room. Captain on bridge, hoisted flag CB6, started emergency fire pump. Broadcasted emergency announcement on PA system.
[1301.0] All crew mustered at emergency muster station. Master informed the drill scenario: fire detected in cargo pump room, suspected ignition of hydrocarbon vapors.
[1302.0] Chief Officer conducted head count: total 26 crew, 22 present at muster station. 1 duty engineer in engine room, 3 deck officers on bridge duty recording vessel position, broadcasting on VHF Channel 16, sending DSC alerts on MF/HF and SAT-C messages to shore station. Master notified company DPA, owner, agent and MRCC via email and satellite phone. All communications recorded in log book.
[1303.0] Master ordered Chief Officer to lead emergency team on standby, Chief Engineer to lead technical team and prepare fixed foam system for pump room, 3rd Officer to lead support/medical team with stretcher and resuscitation equipment on standby. Emergency generator tested and started, emergency lighting confirmed satisfactory.
[1305.0] Two firemen donned full fire-fighting suits with SCBA sets. Boundary cooling commenced around pump room casing and adjacent compartments. All ventilation flaps to pump room closed. Electrical power supply to pump room isolated from main switchboard.

[1312.0] Firemen reported heavy smoke in pump room limiting visibility. Fire located at lower platform near No.2 cargo pump. Pump casing hot, indication of bearing failure causing ignition of residual cargo vapors.
[1315.0] Master ordered activation of fixed high-expansion foam system to pump room. Chief Engineer confirmed all pump room openings sealed, ventilation closed, power isolated. 3rd Officer prepared to release fixed foam (simulation).
[1317.0] 3rd Officer released fixed high-expansion foam system to pump room (simulation). Boundary cooling continued to prevent heat transfer to adjacent cargo tanks.
[1322.0] Second head count conducted. Chief Officer reported 23 crew present at muster station; Master, 2nd Officer and AB remained on bridge duty. All crew accounted for.
[1325.0] Rechecked that all pump room ventilations remained closed, fuel oil supply to pump room isolated, and electrical circuits confirmed dead. Atmosphere monitoring at pump room vent outlet: CO level decreasing, temperature dropping.
[1335.0] Simulated foam application complete. Master ordered fire team to prepare for re-entry after allowing sufficient cooling time. Chief Engineer monitored bulkhead temperatures of adjacent tanks — all within normal range.
[1340.0] Firemen re-entered pump room with SCBA and gas detector. Conducted thorough inspection of all levels. Confirmed fire fully extinguished, no hot spots detected, no damage to pump room structure or piping integrity.
[1342.0] Master ordered opening of pump room ventilations and restoration of electrical power after atmosphere confirmed safe: O2 20.9%, LEL 0%, CO 0 ppm. Chief Engineer restored power supply to pump room systems.
[1345.0] Chief Officer reported pump room ventilations fully opened, atmosphere cleared, and electrical power restored. Pump room lighting and emergency systems functional.
[1347.0] Master ordered drill debriefing at muster station. All crew assembled for evaluation and discussion of lessons learned.
