All 7 mandatory items per SQP-06 §5.4(B) verified: start fire pump/2 jets (B1=B.1), check fireman's outfit (B2=B.3), check comms (B3=B.4), watertight doors/fire dampers/ventilation (B4=B.5), abandon ship arrangements (B5=B.6), equipment restoration (B6=B.7). EMG-20 alarm signal correct (continuous short blast 1 min + PA). Response within 2 min; all 27 crew accounted. Area for improvement: SCBA donning time to be reduced.
