描述: Bunker Leaking from Manifold during Bunkering
评估: Drill conducted per MARPOL Annex I Reg.37 and SOPEP, in compliance with SQP-06 §5.4(D). All 5 mandatory items per SQP-06 §5.4(D) covered: muster crew at spill stations (D1), report to coastal state/port state per SMPEP (D2), prevent additional outflow (D3), check anti-pollution equipment function (D4), prepare lifeboat for oil recovery (D5). EMG-15 alarm signal correct (one short two long followed by one short + PA). Quick ESD activation — 2 min. Spill containment effective — no simulated release to sea. Areas noted: dispersant application technique to be reviewed.
