描述: [1500.0] Seven short blasts followed by one prolonged blast sounded for one minute. PA announced "This is a drill. Abandon ship order given. All crew to lifeboat stations with lifejackets and immersion suits."
[1501.0] All 25 crew mustered at their assigned lifeboat stations with SOLAS-approved lifejackets correctly donned (A4). Master assumed command on bridge as general commander. Chief Officer directed crew at lifeboat station No.2. 3rd officer directed crew at lifeboat station No.1.
[1502.0] Chief Officer checked all crew suitably dressed for cold water survival: immersion suits worn by all crew members, lifejackets correctly secured with crotch straps fastened and buddy check performed on each person.
[1503.0] Crew reported to stations and prepared for duties described in Muster List : designated crew collected ship's certificates and documents, GMDSS portable radios, EPIRB, SART units, lifeboat portable VHF radios, first aid chests, fresh water and emergency rations.
[1504.0] Watertight doors below waterline, fire doors in accommodation, all cargo tank openings, vents and deck openings confirmed closed. Engine room crew shut down main engine, closed fuel oil quick-closing valves, and confirmed all machinery space openings secured (Simulation).
[1506.0] Distress alert transmitted via GMDSS: DSC distress alert on VHF Ch.70 with ship's MMSI, position, nature of distress (Simulation), number of persons. EPIRB activated (406 MHz, manual activation simulated). SART units activated and deployed at lifeboat embarkation stations.
[1509.0] Lifeboat No.1 and No.2 prepared for launching . Chief Officer supervised preparation: gripes removed, harbour pins installed, sea lashings released. Boat plug confirmed fitted. Painter line made fast to ship's side. Embarkation ladder deployed at lifeboat station.
[1512.0] Lifeboat No.1 and No.2 lowered to embarkation deck level. Davit operation verified smooth — limit switches checked. Falls confirmed free running.
[1517.0] Lifeboat engine started and operated ahead and astern, gear engagement tested, steering full port to full starboard, engine temperature and oil pressure gauges checked. Engine run for 3 minutes at idling speed. All engine parameters within normal range.
[1522.0] Radio life-saving appliance instruction conducted : GMDSS portable VHF radio operation demonstrated by Second Officer — channel selection, DSC distress button, battery check. SART test mode demonstrated. EPIRB battery expiry date and HRU date inspected. All crew familiarised with operation.
[1525.0] Emergency lighting for mustering and abandonment tested: all emergency lights at muster stations, embarkation stations and along escape routes illuminated. Battery-powered emergency lights tested for 3 minutes minimum. Remote control from emergency switchboard verified.
[1532.0] Lifeboat No.1 and No.2 recovered using davit hoist: boat raised to embarkation deck, falls reconnected, safety pins reinstalled, gripes secured. All equipment on board inventoried: rations, water, first aid kit, pyrotechnics, fishing kit, sea anchor confirmed complete.
[1536.0] All life-saving equipment restoration verified: lifeboat engine cooling water flushed, fuel tank topped up, battery charged. Liferaft davit returned to stowed position and securing lashings applied. GMDSS portables recharged and stowed in designated positions.
[1540.0] SART, EPIRB and portable VHF batteries checked and restored to normal stowed condition. Distress message log closed. All pyrotechnics inventoried and expiry dates checked. Rescue boat and lifeboat ready-use lockers inventoried and sealed.
[1544.0] Master ordered return to normal stations. All watertight doors, fire doors and ventilation systems restored to normal operating condition. Bridge systems verified restored.
[1547.0] Master held full debriefing at muster station. All crew attended. After-action review: muster time, lifejacket donning speed, lifeboat launch procedures, radio equipment familiarity, and crew coordination evaluated. Identified that immersion suit donning time should be practised to achieve under-2-minute target.
[1550.0] Drill and debriefing concluded. All equipment confirmed restored to standby.
评估: The abandon ship drill was conducted in full compliance with SOLAS Chapter III, Regulation 19.3.3 (Abandon ship drills) and SQP-06 Section 5.4(A). Performance rated satisfactory. Recommendation: schedule additional immersion suit donning practice to reduce donning time.
