评估: COT overflow drill in compliance with MARPOL Annex I Reg.37, SOPEP and SQP-06 §5.4(D). All 5 items per SQP-06 §5.4(D.1-D.5) covered: muster crew at spill stations (D.1), report per SMPEP (D.2), prevent additional outflow (D.3), check anti-pollution equipment (D.4), prepare lifeboat for oil recovery (D.5). EMG-15 alarm signal correct. COW emergency stop within 2 min. No simulated overboard release. Areas noted: dispersant application technique to be reviewed.
